What is Real Meals?
Real Meals is a participant-driven cooking and nutrition workshop series intended to help families gain skills and knowledge that will help them get more nutritional bang for their buck. Recipes from previous classes can be found here.
On the third Tuesday of each month, we host a free cooking workshop in the kitchen at 1500 Burns Street (also the home of the Burns Street Bistro).
Child care is included, and participants are sent home with recipes and leftovers.
This program is funded, in part, by: Blue Cross Blue Shield of Montana!
The next Real Meals will be held on Tuesday, January 16th, 2017 from 5:30 – 7:30 pm. This month, the class will be led by Emily Kern, community garden coordinator and owner of edible landscaping company Harvestscapes Design. Emily will be teaching us to make enchiladas!
