Clark Fork Commons

Clark Fork Commons is located along the Clark Fork River and Riverfront Trail System on the North side of the river, between Russell and California Street.  This unique location provides homeowners with bike/pedestrian access to many conveniences essential to healthy living, leaving residents just minutes via foot or bike from important infrastructure such as: the future Civic Stadium, the Missoula Carousel, Dragons Hollow Park, McCormick Park and Historic Downtown Missoula.

Besides the shops and stores of Historic Downtown Missoula, the Clark Fork Commons site is in close proximity to larger grocery stores, Saint Patrick’s hospital, and blocks from the neighborhood elementary school and directly on the school bus route.  A large portion of the immediate neighborhood is dedicated to businesses and public facilities. With its central location and riverfront views the Clark Fork Commons site provides residents with both recreation and establishments that offer standard necessities.

Twenty-three of the Clark Fork Commons units were constructed as town homes, giving the development an urban atmosphere, while incorporating the scenic riverfront views.  Each of these units consists of three stories.  Parking on the first floor is out of view from the building fronts, with the residential portions on the second and third floor.  Balconies and ground floor decks take advantage of scenic valley images.  The units have two bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms and roughly 1000 square feet of living space.

Two units at Clark Fork Commons are single story and fully handicapped accessible.  The garage is wide enough to accommodate one vehicle with wheelchair loading/offloading capabilities.  Consisting of two bedrooms, one bathroom and roughly 1000 square feet of living space, the homes also have interior features that match the specific needs of the disability of the homeowner.  These two units are strategically placed within Clark Fork Commons, so that the view to the river is unobstructed from the other buildings.
