Lee Gordon Place

NMCDC is proud to bring Lee Gordon Place’s (LGP) 7 townhomes to Missoula’s fast-changing downtown. We are now accepting applications to enter the lottery for purchase! Deadline is February 1st, 2019.

The homes, located at 501 & 505 E Front Street, are across the street from the new library site, adjacent to Kiwanis Park and two blocks from the Missoula Children’s Theater.

Burns Street Commons

Burns St. Commons is located at the north end of Burns Street, right next door to the Burns Street Center, which houses the Western Montana Growers Co-op and the Burns St. Bistro.

Clark Fork Commons

Located within walking distance of downtown and right on the Clark Fork river, Clark Fork Commons is the largest of our LSP properties, with 23 multi-story townhouses and two single-story units.

Whittier Court

NMCDC’s first land stewardship project, completed in 2002. Whittier Court is located on Missoula’s historic Northside, on the corner of Holmes and Phillips.
